Well, it has been updated again yesterday and now File Hosters Tools is Pagerank 2!
You may have seen that lots of tools have been remade, as the Megaupload Premium Tools and part of the Rapidshare Premium Tools. As well, the Free Megaupload Premium Link Generator and the Free Rapidshare Premium Link Generator have been updated - a lot of non-working premium link generators have been removed...
