The file-hosters limits each user to a certain amount of downloading per day based on the users IP address.
So, cheat them showing a different IP address !
Before doing anything, clean your browser cookies.
Proxies, or intermediate computers, provide you anonymity and consequently hide your real IP. Go to proxy tools and get one proxy software !
You can obtain an IP and its port in my giant list here (with 42,383 proxies !!!) or in publicproxyservers.com, www.proxz.com, www.samair.ru/proxy, http://anoniem-surfen.eigenstart.nl/, etc., (but it is very hard to find a fast and active one - so USE MY LIST !) then use them in your browser connection settings.
