First of all see the requirements of the file (For example "0x-------- error at startup" is that you need the .NET Framework).

Some applications need the Java Runtime.

All the files have a description and a description. Try to read the help files (usually pressing F1) or Readme.txt (if exists).

If the problem is a "missing file ------" download the Libraries Pack.
You may also need the Microsoft Service Pack 3.

If a OCX file is still “missing” although it is in the same directory of the program, drag and drop it in the “OCX – Install”.
