The file-hosters limits each user to a certain amount of downloading per day based on the users IP address.
So, cheat them showing a different IP address !
Before doing anything, clean your browser cookies.
Another solution it's to change the MAC, what will automatically assign a new IP address to your modem.
It is very difficult to change manually the MAC address (you must know very well the Windows registry or the modem hardware). For that reason, it is highly recommended to use programs.
To change the MAC address, download a MAC changer application, in IP – MAC – Proxy Tools. Then restart the modem; type “ipconfig /all” in the command prompt to check the new IP.
